There is a variety of Biltong to choose from, Beef, Kudu, Ostrich etc. But some poeople even make Biltong from weird animals like shark, crocodile, warthog etc. Now I too love Biltong but there is no chance in hell of me ripping off a piece of dried warthog, and the same goes for Penguin Biltong. I dont even know if you can make biltong from penguins without being stoned to death by Greenpeace activists. So here is the closest I will ever get to Penguin Biltong, a Blog by, Uwe Auer.
